Joah was born and raised in Oconee Cnty. He is a graduate of Tri County Tech where he earned his Engineering Graphics degree. His 12 years in mechanical and civil engineering has allowed him to see many exciting changes in the county over the years, as well as work with people from all over the world right here in Upstate SC.
